Individual Therapy

$130/session
Individual therapy can be an incredible tool to help clarify and meet goals, process and heal from painful or traumatic experiences, improve relational and social skills, symptom management, developing coping skills, reconnecting with your sense of self, navigating stressors and life transitions, building in empowerment, and more.
 
  • If we are not in-network with your insurance, we can provide the necessary documentation your insurance provider requires for out-of-network reimbursement which may help cover your sessions!
 
  • Please contact your health insurance provider and ask about any out-of-network benefits for behavioral health.
 
  • Payment options include Debit or credit card, Health Savings Account (HSA), or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Couples/Relational Therapy

$150/session
We can help you and your loved ones navigate a broad spectrum of challenges and develop the skills needed to work on anything from repairing fractured trust, defining healthy boundaries, healing from grief or loss, working through major stressors, and more.

 
  • Each couples/relationship therapy treatment plan consists of an intake appointment and a “breakaway” session (one-on-one) with each individual prior to moving forward with treatment.
 
  • 30 minute add-ons are available when availability allows. Each add-on is an additional $60 to the session total.

We only accept insurance for individual therapy. Couples/Relational Therapy is subject to private pay only. At this time, we do not accept Medicaid/Medicare.

No Surprises Act. Good Faith Estimates.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
 
  • Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
 
  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
 
  • You can ask your provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
